From the blueprint to completed buildings, from a pillar and a beam to the initial structure, each weld seam is filled with Zhenyu staff’s craftsmanship of excellence. Zhenyu staff fought against the cold and the heat, and made the journey through the wind and rain, and accomplished every mission. On January 29, 2024, when the New Year was approaching, the steel structure project of Summer Creation Park, which was deepened designed, processed, and installed by Zhenyu, was successfully completed.

The project is located at two parcels consisting of Phase I and South Zone, east to Cangyuan Road, south to Donger River, west to Yiliang Road, north to Luoping Road. The planned land area is 42,400 square meters, and the planned construction area is about 190,800 square meters. The ground consists of eight 5-12-story buildings and two single-story auxiliary buildings, and each single project is steel structure frame system, with assembled steel truss floor slabs.

The project responds positively to the government's policy of "Accelerating the Transformation and Utilization of the Stock Inefficient Industrial Land", and is one of the important projects in the "secondary development" of the stock resources. The project is positioned to create a "garden-style headquarters industry chain cluster", focusing on the development of industrial product design, international architectural design, high-end fashion creative design, product display and promotion of modern creative design industry, and new materials, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence and terminal products, cloud computing, network information, sensing control and instrumentation, etc., as one of the "new platforms". The platform is a "new industry chain enterprise cluster".

The successful completion of the project provides a more favorable development space for broadening the space for science and innovation in the "Grand Neobay" area and upgrading the quality of the regional environment, and at the same time lays a solid foundation for the further development of our company in the field of construction engineering.
